Etienne Leriche, as the website owner, is the data controller for your personal data. No third-party processor has access to your data.

Data processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of GDPR) when you contact me via the form, and on legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) for the proper functioning of the website.

• The content of your message

No sensitive data is collected. I do not collect browsing data, IP addresses for profiling purposes, or any sensitive information.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to respond to your contact requests and discuss your projects. It is never sold, rented, transferred, or used for commercial or advertising purposes.

Data transfer

Your data remains hosted in Europe (Switzerland) with Infomaniak and is not transferred to any third countries. It is not shared with any third parties.

Data retention period

In accordance with GDPR's data minimization principle, your data is kept only as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted within a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange.

Data security

This website uses HTTPS protocol to encrypt communications. Data is stored on secure servers at Infomaniak, which is ISO 27001 certified for information security.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of GDPR, you have the following rights:
