Case study

Zénith Studio — from 14.5 s to 4.3 s to load on mobile

Zénith Studio shoots brand films, interviews and aerial footage. Its old website took 14.5 seconds to load on a phone; the new one loads in 4.3 seconds and opens on its footage.

Where it started

The old website showed the video inside a frame, under a menu of small pills, with a cookie banner on top. On mobile, it took 14.5 seconds for the main content to appear.

Lighthouse also found seven links with no name a screen reader could read, and seven buttons too small for a finger.

What changed

  • Footage first. The video fills the whole first screen, with one button only: "Start the tour".
  • One entrance per trade. Real estate, hotels and restaurants, companies, events: each client finds their own case, with the films that fit it.
  • Enquiries already sorted. The form asks for the subject, the services wanted and the client's profile. The studio knows who it's answering before the first call.

The website, screen by screen

  • One entrance per trade: here, real estate
  • Zénith Studio's new website on a phone
  • The studio's four areas of expertise
  • Why video, in four points
  • The project form
  • The studio's figures and client reviews

Measurements: Lighthouse 13.5.0, mobile, median of 3 runs, on 11 October 2026.

Lighthouse 13.5.0, mobile profile (simulated slow 4G), median of three runs, old and new websites measured on the same day, October 11, 2026:

  • Load (LCP): from 14.5 s to 4.3 s
  • Accessibility: from 83 to 94/100
  • Best practices: from 77 to 100/100

Nine elements still need stronger contrast. The new website was measured on its preview address, not yet on the client's domain.
